When are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am (unless additional packages have been purchased)
Do you offer additional packages for my stay?
Yes, we offer both a celebration and romance package. Click here to learn more.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance of earliest check-in will incur the charge for the entire reservation (includes early departures and no-shows)
What will I be charged when I book my reservation?
A $25 per room non-refundable deposit is collected at time of booking
A 25% per room non-refundable deposit will be charged for groups of three or more rooms
A 25% per room non-refundable deposit will be charged for any reservation longer than three nights
The balance due will be charged when you check in.
What payments methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept checks or cash.
What if I need to change or cancel my reservation?
Any changes to a reservation must be made by sending an email to: info@themotorlodge.com
Is smoking in rooms allowed?
Smoking is not permitted in any room. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if you are compelled to "light-up" in your room; this includes e-cigarettes. There is a designated smoking area on the patios.
What if I arrive to check in after the office is closed at 5:00pm?
Please give a call if you anticipate checking in after the office is closed, and we will make the arrangements for you to let yourself in.
Do you allow pets?
Sorry, no pets. A minimum $500 cleaning fee will be assessed to the credit card on file with any evidence of a pet present in the room and or the failure to report it at check in time. Please ask front desk representative for more information about local pet boarding locations.
